Everyone is looking for the next big race. Gone are the days when the marathon was the biggest challenge we faced. Now we have marathons with obstacles and over mountains. If you want to take on one of these challenges but don't think you are up for the task I am here to tell you, you are! You will be shown new training methods that will allow the body to move in ways you didn't think you could. You will begin to feel like you can achieve anything and that is when it will hit you.
